EB-5

EB-5 visas are a form of investor visas are granted to foreign investors who are investing in American businesses which will generate employment as a result.

L-1

L-1 visas are granted to persons who have been employed by a foreign company in a managerial or executive position, or one involving specialized knowledge.

E-1/E-2

E-1 visas are granted to individuals pursuing trade between the United States and a foreign country with which the United States has a trade treaty.

E-2 visas are granted to individulas of trade treaty countries who make a substantial investment in a business in the United States.

O-1

O-1 visas are granted to foreign nationals of extraordinary ability in the sciences, art, education, business, or athletics, certain foreign nationals accompanying or assisting them, and their family members.

H1-B

H-1B visas are granted to persons coming to the United States to work in a specialty occupation, requiring at least a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.

F-1

F-1 visas allow foreign students to come to the United States for purposes of pursuing studies at any level, from Elementary School through University and post-graduate degrees.
